The official opening of Meeks Street Plaza by Major Dylan Parker was on 17 June 2023. It was a happy event with music, entertainment and colourful lights, with children and adults enjoying the occassion.
The Meeks Street Plaza was a Kingsford Chamber of Commerce initiative, and Constructed by Randwick City Council .Offering landscaped open area bench seating, and colourful tree lights at night.
