President
Costa Kaparos has been operating as a real estate agent in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney for close to 25 years, and opened Ray White Kingsford at the age of 26 with business partner Con Karatasas.
Costa is the President of the Kingsford Chamber of Commerce and is very active in engaging with Randwick City Council and other governement bodies within Kingsford and Kensington in order to help his local community in this way.
Costa works in both property management and selling residential and commercial real estate in Kingsford, Kensington and the surrounding suburbs. He holds sales records for properties in Kingsford and Kensington, and acts for homeowners and property developers alike.

Vice President
With over 10 years experience, Eleni brings her creative spirit and strong eye for detail to oversee brand development, sales and operations at Raine&Horne Kingsford. Prior to joining Raine&Horne, Eleni worked across various corporate property marketing and brand campaigns, including residential development sites, commercial property projects, student accommodation and brand development.
Eleni is a solutions-driven professional and thrives in an atmosphere of customer service excellence and brings a mindset of growth. Her charismatic nature and intuitive leadership style sees her enriching the lives of colleagues and clients alike. Eleni graduated with a Bachelor of Communications from University of New South Wales.

Savvas Kareklas is the founder and managing director of Savico Finance, a mortgage brokerage based in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and Inner West, specialising in residential, commercial, and asset finance solutions. With over 15 years of experience in the finance industry, including a successful career with a major lender, Savvas brings deep industry expertise, integrity, and a client-first approach to every interaction.
A long-time resident of Kingsford/Keningston, NSW, Savvas is passionate about supporting the local community through responsible lending advice and financial empowerment. His business, Savico Finance, prides itself on delivering tailored finance strategies to meet the diverse needs of individuals, families, and business owners.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Savvas is a dedicated husband and father of three children, balancing a busy career with a strong commitment to family life and community involvement.
